Activating the DLPFC for better mental health
The dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) is the area of the brain responsible for emotional regulation, decision-making and self-awareness. In today’s fast-paced world, this center is often underactive, leading to impairments in these important functions – even in healthy people.
