SOFT PULSING
Soft pulsing produces a sequence of nanosecond pulses; for example, a 20 ms pulse consists of 240 ns pulses. The interval between pulses allows heat to diffuse, resulting in a gradual increase in target temperature while sparing surrounding tissue without causing purpura blood spots. Compared to single pulse lasers, the therapeutic window is much larger and the use of skin cooling therefore not mandatory. With its clinical intelligence and intuitive user interface, ADVATx has been designed with ease of use in mind.
IMPACT DEPTH
ADVATx takes advantage of the synergistic effect between the two 589 nm and 1319 nm wavelengths. This is accomplished by combining a gold standard wavelength for the elimination of vascular anomalies as well as epidermal pigmentation disorders with the new gold standard for non-ablative resurfacing within the same treatment session.
The 589 nm wavelength penetrates 1 mm deep into tissue, while the 1319 nm one reaches 2 mm – deeper than any commonly used non-ablative laser. And it does so without any downtime or pain otherwise associated with similar treatments.
The combination of yellow (589 nm) and infrared (1319 nm) laser energy eliminates rosacea, acne, acne scars and unwanted vascular abnormalities such as telangiectasias, haemangiomas and venous lakes (phlebectasis), resulting in skin appearing healthier and younger-looking.
The combination of yellow (589 nm) and infrared (1319 nm) laser energy improves skin tone and the texture targeting haemoglobin as well as dyschromia occurring in sun-damaged skin, while reducing fine lines, limiting oil production and shrinking pores.
