In addition to exceptional quality, safety and reliability, MENTOR breast implants are guaranteed for life. All MENTOR breast implant recipients are automatically enrolled in the MENTORPromise protection plan. Should an implant rupture or deflate, the patient receives up to two replacement implants of the same model free of charge.
With MENTOR breast implants, patients are entitled to financial support of up to €1,000 for surgical costs in the event of a rupture within 10 years of surgery.
Further complications are also covered for 10 years with free product replacement.

MENTOR MemoryGel™ & MemoryGel™ Xtra breast implants
MemoryGel™ breast implants are available with textured or smooth surface shells and come in a wide variety of sizes and profiles to match the patient’s body type. Each silicone implant has a specially developed MENTOR cohesive gel filling that provides natural elasticity and resembles real breast tissue. The silicone gel-filled breast implants from the Leiden factory (CE mark of conformity since 1995) and the Texas factory (FDA approval, regularly scheduled FDA inspection) have the same intended use, the same technical and biological characteristics and are subject to similarly rigorous scientific testing.
MENTOR MemoryGel™ breast implants come in many sizes and five profiles: Moderate Plus Profile, High Profile, Ultra High Profile, Moderate Plus Profile Xtra, and High Profile Xtra.
The silicone implants are available with smooth surface or imprinted SILTEX™ textured shells for maximum aesthetic and reconstructive options. MemoryGel implants ensure safety and efficiency with high patient satisfaction.

MENTOR CPX™4 breast tissue expander
Used in breast reconstruction surgery, the MENTOR CPX™4 breast tissue expander is designed to primarily expand the lower part of the breast. The resulting pocket holds the implant in place and makes the curvature look like a natural breast. It also has an integrated ‘injection dome’ that allows surgeons to inject saline into the expander to gradually expand the breast tissue over several months.
The soft and flexible self-sealing BufferZone™ patch is designed to simplify insertion and removal during tissue expansion in breast reconstruction. The suture tabs provide stability to the MENTOR CPX™4 breast tissue expander (suture tab version) and facilitate immediate expansion in designated areas before tissue adhesion occurs.
The self-sealing BufferZone™ patch and the rear Dacron patch help shift breast expansion to the lower pole of the breast. Easier shapeable BufferZone™ patch and a smoother injection dome for improved patient comfort. Larger target area and stronger magnet (in the expander) for easier placement of the injection dome. The proprietary self-sealing BufferZone™ patch and Dacron patch allow expansion at the lower pole to mimic the natural shape of the breast.
The CPX 4 breast tissue expanders share the key features of the MENTOR breast tissue expander portfolio in the traditional proven safety and reliability: Smooth and SILTEX surface; suture tabs; Dacron patch; self-sealing BufferZone™ patch. CPX 4 breast tissue expanders feature an internal injection dome with a magnet.
MENTOR CPG™ breast implants with gel filling
MENTOR CPG™ gel breast implants are filled with a cohesive gel and have a unique tapered/conical shape. Unlike round breast implants, CPG™ breast implants are teardrop-shaped, meaning they are narrower at the top with a gently sloping surface to a fuller projection point at the bottom to mimic the natural shape of the breast. Each CPG implant has a SILTEX™ textured shell for perfect implant positioning.
After ten years of research into breast implant safety and efficacy, evidence of the unsurpassed performance of MENTOR CPG™ gel breast implants has been firmly established via the MENTOR core study. Clinical data shows the lowest reported incidence of major complications in primary augmentation after 10 years.
