MULTIPOLAR RADIO FREQUENCY (RF)
Multipolar radiofrequency (RF) uses a unique algorithm to achieve more homogeneous heating at different tissue depths, allowing faster heat build-up and easier maintenance of therapeutic temperature. This promotes efficacy and increases patient safety. Furthermore, thanks to homogeneous heating, no local cooling is required, and patients perceive the treatment as very comfortable.

PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD (PEMF)
The effect of multipolar RF is enhanced by pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMF), a non-thermal technology delivered through the applicator’s electrodes. PEMF has been proven effective in triggering regenerative processes in the skin and has been used in conventional medicine for decades.

(MP)² TECHNOLOGY – THE SYNERGISTIC EFFECT OF MULTIPOLAR RF AND PEMF
(MP)² synergistically increases collagen production through two independent mechanisms. Multipolar RF (thermal) and PEMF (non-thermal). RF directly stimulates fibroblasts, while PEMF stimulates fibroblast proliferation by releasing the growth factor FGF-2. Together, they cause an increase in collagen synthesis. Studies have shown (MP)² to be effective in remodelling collagen for skin tightening and creating new capillaries that regenerate the blood supply.

VARIPULSE™
Venus Legacy™ uses proprietary and advanced VariPulse™ technology. It is integrated into the 4D Body and 4D Face applicators. VariPulse™ is an adjustable pulsed suction that enables deep penetration of energy. It enhances the penetration and efficacy of RF energy by increasing the contact area between electrodes and tissue, thus improving RF coupling and heat dissipation. VariPulse™ also temporarily improves local blood circulation. The VariPulse™ technology makes it possible for Venus LegacyTM to treat more challenging aesthetic

as well as localised fat deposits and cellulite. VariPulse™’s vacuum allows the operator to reach a higher, more therapeutically effective temperature more rapidly and to maintain it throughout the session (especially for large body surfaces), while keeping the treatment comfortable for the patient. This innovative technology ensures maximum patient comfort and produces clearly visible results.

REAL-TIME THERMAL FEEDBACK
All four Venus Legacy™ applicators are equipped with integrated sensors that provide real-time thermal feedback, facilitating easy, instant and continuous monitoring of the skin’s temperature profile. This feature makes Venus Legacy™ very easy to use and therefore highly delegable. It increases patient safety and comfort. Moreover, it can lead to more consistent and predictable clinical outcomes.

4D Body
The 4D Body applicator is equipped with a multi-dimensional RF and PEMF energy matrix that can target specific treatment areas from different directions and positions to effectively shrink fat cells and reduce cellulite. It features an innovative dual multipolar electrode crown design: the outer flat crown constantly controls electrothermal volumetric heating, while the inner tetrapolar crown provides vacuum-assisted electrothermal selective heating. The unique arrangement of eight electrodes with a distance of up to 7.5 cm between them allows for a large spot size, which enables faster treatment. This spacing, combined with the VariPulse™ technology, provides a significant penetration depth of up to 4.5 cm, resulting in stronger impact on the fatty tissue for excellent treatment outcomes.

4D Face
The 4D Face applicator has all the same unique technological features and benefits of the 4D Body applicator, but in a smaller design configuration. It is designed to treat smaller areas of the body and allows users easy access to hard-to-reach areas, such as around the cheekbones and neck.
